Took a while to snag one for my Aventure, they were always sold out when I had money. But finally got one and it works great! I didn't want to be without a second charger and now I'm not.

The one I received with my bike was defective and you replaced it with no issues. It is great customer service and now I have problems the bike is such a bright spot in my life as I have cancer and it allows and motivates me to get outdoors and make it happen knowing I have help to get back where I started

Arrived when promised and works as advertised

I received my spare charger a few days ago, and I'm happy with the purchase. I was able to charge my battery without any difficulties so far. It was important to have the second one not only as a backup but also to keep from overheating the first charger since I have batteries. The charger can get hot and now with the second, I do not have to worry as much about the prolonged heating of a single charger.

I have nothing but great things to say about your staff!!! They were so easy to work with and so very pleasant. My battery charger arrived much earlier than I had expected. You have a great team!!
