You can set the PSI level, then simply sit back for a minute or two while it fills the tires. I have a Ram 1500 and set the PSI at 38, from 36. It worked great. I did this for all 4 of my tires, and still have plenty of charge left.

This thing is the bomb. I love the preset pressure. Hook it up, set the pressure, push the button. When it's done, unhook it. Super easy.

Nice and solid brick like handled pump. So easy to use and ideal for a bike. I tried this on my truck tire, just to hit 65psi and it would have taken to long for my level of patients.
